Reception Team

The receptionists are there to help you, but reception is a very difficult and demanding job. The receptionists act in accordance with the instructions given to them by the doctors; so if you have any problems, please bring them up with the practice manager – complaints should not be directed at the receptionists. Please be patient and help them by giving as much information as possible. Rest assured that anything you tell them, or any other member of staff, will be treated in the strictest confidence.
